How to Create a Change Order

If there’s a change to the general contractor contract…a change order is required. This must be done via Procore which is our go to shop for change orders. This is the central location where we track ALL change orders and print a PDF log to submit with the monthly billing. And to get necessary information to create a Sworn Statement for the Bank. An Excel version CO is unacceptable!

Three steps:

  • Create change event
  • Create potential change order
  • Create prime contract change order
